All our bags are authentic preloved pieces, each with its own unique history and natural signs of wear. These minor imperfections add to the charm and authenticity of every item. Because of this, and for security, counterfeit issues (item switching) and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept any items back once sold.

While some models may be available again in our collection, each bag is unique. A restocked bag of the same model will not be the exact same item and the condition varies from bag to bag.

We carefully inspect each bag before listing and shipping to ensure its authenticity and condition. We encourage you to carefully review all photos and read the descriptions thoroughly before purchasing, so you are fully aware of any marks, wear, or imperfections the bag may have.
